SIMPLE-TO-SEW  MISSES' SKIRT, BLOUSE & SCARF:  (INCLUDING TISSUE LESSON-CHART . . . "How to make gathers.").  The collarless "Peasant" blouse with lowered round neckline has elastic casings at neck edge and at lower edges of raglan sleeves forming self ruffles.  V. 1 with embroidered ribbon or braid trim has long sleeves.  V. 2 & 3 have short sleeves.  V.2 has rick-rack trim.  The skirt gathered to waistband has black zipper.  V. 1 has embroidered ribbon or braid trim.  V. 2 has jumbo and regular rick-rack trim.  V. 3 scarf has ribbon ties.
